Cassidy Smith is our Director of Operations. She is the voice behind our office phone and all general emails. She currently serves all of our clinics in Anniston, Piedmont, and Centre, Alabama where she brings an exciting young spirit to our workplace.
Cassidy is an Alexandria High School Alumna. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Jacksonville State University in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources in 2022. She plans to continue her education in the future!
Outside of work, she takes care of her Teacup Chihuahua named "Fifi." She also enjoys hanging out with friends and taking naps!
Jenny Reed Dooley is one of our BCBAs at ABC. She has been in the field of behavior analysis since 2006. During this time, she has worked in residential instructional support, in-home, parent/caregiver training, school consulting, occupational training, behavior related to trauma, special needs advocacy, and human rights committees.
She has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, a Master's of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis with a Concentration on Developmental Disabilities, a National Board Certification in Behavior Analysis, and is a State of Alabama Licensed Behavior Analyst.
Jenny is the mother of a sweet boy who keeps her busy cheering him on in all the sports and a precious girl who wants all the animals and just started swimming and volleyball this year! She is also very involved in her church and loves traveling and going to concerts!
Sarah Green is one of our BCBAs at ABC. She has been in the field of Behavior Analysis since 2017.
She has a Master's Degree in Psychology with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis, a National Board Certification in Behavior Analysis, and is a state of Alabama licensed Behavior Analyst.
Outside of work, she and her husband, Hunter, are proud parents of two spunky boys and one precious little girl. When they aren't working, you'll find them looking for adventure somewhere outside!
Bethany Stracener is one of our Behavior Analysts who serves our Piedmont and Anniston branches. She has been in the field of Behavior Analysis since 2019. She has worked in multiple settings such as in-home, school consulting, and clinic based services.
She has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Master’s degree in ABA, a national board certification in Behavior Analysis and is a state of Alabama licensed Behavior Analyst.
Bethany has been married to her husband, Lee for thirteen years and they have three children, Bree, Tre, and Eli. In her free time Bethany stays busy with her children's sports and activities. Bethany is also active in her church and volunteers with local ministries.
Sarah Gilmer is one of our BCaBAs. She currently serves school systems where she is adored for her hard-work, dedication, and willingness to help any teacher, administrator, or student.
Sarah is a Piedmont High school Alumna. She received her Bachelor’s from Young Harris College where she also played Basketball. She then continued her education at Jacksonville State University where she received her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis.
When she isn’t working, she is a mom of three precious children, and a wife to her husband, Landon. You’ll find her at the ball field or serving her church in her off time!
Alex Russell is our Staff Development Coordinator. She has worked in the field of ABA for 5 years. She currently holds a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and is working to pursue her career as a BCBA!
She spends her time helping our staff continue to develop their behavior analytic skills based on our policies and procedures when she isn't serving in the role of an RBT. She also trains our staff in Managing Crisis Safely.
When she isn’t working, she is a mother to her precious little girl and a wife to her husband, Hunter. You can find her doing something artsy or with a book. She'll also be soaking up the sun!
Gracie Ponder graduated from Munford High School in 2021. She graduated from the University of West Georgia with her Bachelors of Science in Psychology in July 2024. She received her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in October 2025 from Purdue Global!
When she's not at work, Gracie enjoys her position as a volunteer cheer coach for the Munford Recreation Program. Her hobbies include reading, watching tv, spending time with her family, going to church, and loving on her fur babies, Paisley and Watson.
Auburn Mobley was born and raised in Anniston, AL. She graduated from Walter Wellborn High School in 2015 and received her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Forensic Investigations from JSU in 2019.
She's been an RBT for four years. She loves reaching new milestones with her clients and watching them exceed all expectations. She is pursuing her Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and plans to become a BCBA in 2026.
Auburn has been married to her husband, Jake, for 6 years, and they have 2 daughters, Willow and Juniper. They also have a tiny zoo of animals (2 dogs, 3 cats, and a turtle). When she's not working, she loves reading/listening to books or playing and exploring with her girls.
Ashley Blackmon is an Ohatchee High School Alumna. She graduated from JSU with a degree in Secondary Education in 2017. She works in both our Anniston and Piedmont Clinic.
Ashley taught public middle and high school for seven years. She started at ABC in July 2024 and has also begun coursework toward her Master’s Degree in Special Education from Clemson University. She so thankful to have made the transition from the classroom to behavior therapy!
Ashley is married to the love of her life, Quintin, and they have two children - Walker (4) and Loretta (3). They are members of Grace Fellowship. In her free time, she loves to read, cook, play outside, and spend time with her babies!
Destiny Johnson was born and raised in Cartersville, GA. Her family moved to Piedmont in October of 2024. Destiny graduated high school two years early, at the age of 16.
Destiny currently is our Office Assistant at our Piedmont and Centre locations. She is following her mother into the ABA field, and currently taking her courses to become a RBT!
In her free time outside of work, she loves going to the gym, baking, swimming at the lake, hunting, and spending quality time with her family members!
Meaghan Seales is an alumna of Sacred Heart, and currently resides in Lincoln, Alabama. She is presently serving the kiddos at our clinic in Anniston.
She is a proud autism mommy! She has been a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for 3 years after falling in love with the ABA field. She plans to become a BCBA one day!
When she's not working, she loves spending time with her husband and her six children on their farm. She also enjoys curling up with a good book, traveling, and horse back riding.
Lindsay Adams is a Pleasant Valley High School alumna. She was raised on Lookout Mountain, a stone's throw away from Noccalula Falls. She came to make Jacksonville her home to raise her family after meeting her husband, Zane, with whom she now has four children.
She has been a substitute teacher for several years with Calhoun County Schools, and after finding her passion for working with special needs children, she decided to become an RBT. She could not imagine a more fulfilling job than helping children overcome obstacles and celebrating their everyday achievements.
When not at work, she balances her time between volunteering at church, PVHS band which two of her children are members of, and spending lots of quality time with her family.
Kari Blackmon is a graduate of Jacksonville State University with a Bachelors of Arts in English and a Minor in Communications.
She has 3 years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician and has grown to love the field so much, she is currently working on her masters degree to become a BCBA.
Outside of work, she is a mother to her sweet little girl, a spunky dog, and an orphaned squirrel. She is excited to further her education and fulfill God’s plan for her life.
Kimber Collett has grown up in Munford, Alabama. She graduated high school from Munford in 2023.
Kimber has been working with children since 2022 as a daycare teacher. She is excited for her future in this field of work. Working with special needs kids has always been a passion of hers!
In her free time, she enjoys going to church and being with my friends, family, and boyfriend. She's very involved in the youth ministry at my church. Kimber's hobbies include reading, shopping, and going to coffee shops!
Savannah Stubbs is an alumna of Alexandria High School. She has plans to go back to school to become a BCBA and eventually a SLP as well. She has been a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for almost a year now. However, she has worked in childcare since 2016.
She’s always had a heart for helping children learn new skills and since learning what ABA is through her son’s own health journey, she has fallen in love with ABA.
Outside of work you will find her enjoying time with her son, often outside playing baseball or wrestling on the trampoline with him. She also loves spending time with friends and traveling as much as possible.
Jenny Johnson was born and raised in Cartersville, GA. Her family relocated to Piedmont in October 2024. She and her husband have been married for 7 years and have three beautiful kiddos together.
Jenny studied Medical Management at Georgia Northwestern Tech. She is a proud autism mom! After being introduced to ABA on a personal level, she felt like it was her calling.
In her free time, she enjoys fishing, swimming, hiking, cooking, photography, thunderstorms, traveling, watching her son on the wrestling mat, and spending quality time with her family!
Hannah Williams was born and raised in Jacksonville, AL and relocated to Centre, AL after getting married. She currently serves at our Piedmont and Centre locations!
She has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2016. ABA has always had a special place in her heart!
Hannah is a wife and mom of three! In their free time, you can find them living life on the edge and looking for their next adventure to get into! They enjoy hanging out by the lake, hiking, hunting, fishing, kayaking or riding their buggys!
Emma-Leigh Verdurmen was born in Canada and grew up in Florida. She attended Palm Beach Central High School. She currently serves our learners at our Centre clinic!
Emma began her journey with ABC in June 2025. She has a strong passion for helping others and strive to make a positive impact on the world through her work. Each day, she is motivated by the opportunity to support growth and learning in the lives of the individuals she works with.
Outside of work, she is a proud dog mom to three wonderful pups who keep her busy and bring her so much joy. In her free time, she enjoys fishing, staying active with workouts, and spending quality time with her loved ones!
Briana Sims was born and raised in Talladega, AL. She attended Munford High School and graduated in 2016. She currently serves the learners at our clinic in Anniston!
Briana began her RBT journey with us in June 2025. She quickly found her passion for ABA and loves working with children!
Outside of work, she is a loving mother to two boys. When she's not at work, you can find her spending all her time outside or in the gym! She also loves Alabama Football!
Kelsie Collins is an Alumna of North Forsyth High School and resides in Woodland, Alabama. Kelsie has worked as a substitute teacher for two years, mainly in the Special Education Program. She is currently serving the kids at our Anniston Clinic.
Kelsie became an RBT during the summer of 2025 after discovering her passion for working with children with special needs. Her favorite part about working at ABC is being able to see the kiddos grow and learn!
In her free time she enjoys being with her fiancé, watching him coach or playing golf! She also enjoys spending time with her family and her adorable dog, Ducky.
Aleah Vess is from Jacksonville, AL. She graduated from Pleasant Valley High School in 2021 and received her Bachelor’s degree in May of 2025 from Huntingdon College in Exercise Science Pre Pediatric Occupational Therapy. She ran cross country/track and field all four years of college and she was a member of Phi Mu Theta Kappa. She holds Huntingdon school records as well as conference titles in track and field.
Aleah received her RBT certification in September of 2025. She currently serves our kiddos at our Piedmont clinic!
Outside of work you can find her spending time with family and friends, finding new coffee spots, or weekend trips somewhere new! She's also currently working towards my Masters degree in Pediatric Occupational Therapy.
Allyson Thacker is an alumna of Piedmont High School and resides in Piedmont, Alabama. Allyson has worked as a pre-kindergarten 3-year-old teacher at First Baptist Church in Piedmont for one year. Allyson was also blessed to be a stay-at-home mom with her babies! She is currently serving in our Piedmont clinic!
Allyson received her RBT certification in October 2025. She loves seeing her kiddos reach their goals and watching them exceed all expectations! She feels as if couldn’t pick a better job for herself!
Allyson has been married to her husband, Jaden, for five years. Together they have two children, Collin and Lettie. They live on a farm with lots of animals!
Natasha lives in Piedmont, AL, and is serving with the Piedmont Clinic team. She studied nursing from 2003–2004, and discovered her interest in the ABA field in 2024 after seeing firsthand the positive progress a family member made through direct behavioral therapy.
Natasha has loved the fulfillment she receives from watching her clients make progress and is eager to help them reach all of their goals!
She is also a proud mom of four and enjoys spending quality time with her children. In her free time, she loves antique shopping, hiking, going on road trips, and cheering on her kiddos as they participate in sports and musical activities.
Brooklyn Wilson is currently serving in our Anniston clinic. She was homeschooled and graduated in 2022. She has been a RBT for a year and a half. She is planning to further her education in the future to be a BCBA!
She loves working with kids and says ABA is her passion! She has been in ABA since 2024.
Brooklyn loves dogs and has a dog of her own named Oakley! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, going on adventures, and walking with her dog.
